The duet with Gwyneth Paltrow and Matthew Morrison, Glee’s Somewhere Over the Rainbow is scheduled to be released on Tuesday. The duet is also scheduled to debut on Glee on April 19 in addition to being included on Morrison’s first album. His album is set to be released on May 10, and is expected to sell well with Glee fans. The song has already shown up on the Internet and iTunes is scheduled to start sales on Tuesday, April 12. The song is fairly decent and will be just one more song in the arsenal of the two actors. To catch people up who haven’t been following the series, Paltrow is playing the role of a substitute teacher at the school depicted in Glee.

On April 19, Holly Holliday is coming back to Glee and fans can expect to see lots of fireworks between her and Wil Schuester, another teacher on the show. It is unknown whether or not the relationship will develop and will probably be based on what the writers decide to do with Schuester’s relationship with Emma Pillsbury. Morrison’s album is getting a boost with the duet with Paltrow, but it is also gaining an advantage by debuting on such a popular primetime series. It will undoubtedly be a hit, and is going to follow in the footsteps of other songs that have been shot into the spotlight by Fox’s popular show. The Muppets originally put Somewhere Over the Rainbow on the map.
